Project narrative

On January 10, 2013, the Chinese Government signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) to provide aid to the PNG police force (#64516). On February 5, 2015, the Chinese government handed over the police motorcycles, uniforms and other materials worth $364,000 to the Papua New Guinea police force.
