Project narrative

On November 17th, 2008, China and Yemen signed a 300,000 USD grant agreement for flood relief in the Hadramout and al-Mahra governorates. The agreement was signed by Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Hisham Sharaf and Chinese ambassador to Sana'a.
