Project narrative

In August 2017, China donated 20 vehicles to the Government of Samoa to assist with transportation when Samoa hosts the 48th annual Pacific Leaders Summit. According to Radio New Zealand, as of August 28, 2017 the cars had arrived in the country and an official handover ceremony was to be held in within the next week. The total cost of this donation is unclear.
