Project narrative

On February 10, 2010, Fan Guijin, the Chinese ambassador to the Kingdom of Tonga, signed a handover document with the Speaker of the Tongan parliament, in Nuku'alofa, the capital of Tonga. The handover document was for a donation made by The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China to provide a group of computer equipment, including desktop computers, notebooks, printers and photocopiers, to the Kingdom of Tonga Parliament.
