Project narrative

From March 17-19, 2017, Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang visited the Philippines. During his visit, the Chinese government donated $1 million of relief aid for the rehabilitation of Surigao Province following a 6.7 magnitude earthquake that hit the area on February 10th.
