Project narrative

On August 24th, 2011, Chinese government signed an MOU to provid aid worth 800,000 RMB to the victims of cluster munitions in Laos (or 向老挝政府捐赠集束弹药受害者援助物资). On June 7th, 2012, the ambassador of China to Laos Bujanguo donated the batch of aid to the Lao National Unexploded Cluster Munitions Administration.
