Project narrative

On December 8th 2014, China and Azerbaijan signed an agreement on economic and technical cooperation where China granted 30 million RMB to Azerbaijan for the purchase of industrial equipment. The equipment included 65 self-unloading trucks, 30 excavators, 30 mobile cranes, 15 asphalt machines, and 50 other vehicles. Based on the wording in media sources, all of the aid has been delivered.
