Project narrative

On April 11, 2016, as part of an economic and technical cooperation agreement, China granted 50 special purpose utility vehicles worth USD 3.1 million to Azerbaijan. The 50 special purpose utility vehicles worth USD 3.1 million China donated to Azerbaijan was delivered in Baku. The vehicles were manufactured by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation and granted to Azeravtoyol, the Azerbaijan Ministry of Roads. The vehicles specifically included medium-sized garbage trucks, vacuum trucks, water tankers,and street sweeping machines. It is unclear which specific ETCA the grant came from..
