Project narrative

On November 4th, 2012, the Beijing State Administration Academy opened a Chinese center hosted by the Public Administration Academy in Azerbaijan. The opening was accompanied by the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation and Exchange of Experience between the two institutions. Additionally, as part of the agreement, 6 Azerbaijani teachers from the academy conducted internships at various Chinese public government agencies. The Chinese center donated computers, projects, photocopiers and books in various languages to the institution.
