Description

On November 11, 2015, Hanban agreed to establish a Confucius Institute at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (Азербайджанский университет языков or Azerbaycan Diller Üniversitesi) in the city of Baku. The center opened on June 24, 2016, and a signing ceremony was held on May 24, 2018. The center was established in partnership with Huzhou University. The monetary value of the financial commitment that supported this project is unknown.
