Project narrative

On 1 September 2016, the Chinese Embassy in Cote d'Ivoire held a farewell ceremony for the 20 Ivorians about to travel to Tianjin, China for the 2016 Development Zone Construction and Management training course occurring between 6 and 26 September. The purpose of this training is to teach and promote industrial parks in Cote d'Ivoire. The program value and who financed and organized it is unknown.
