Project narrative

According to Toshihiro Kudo's piece on; "Myanmar’s economic relations with China: who benefits and who pays?" during Vice Premier Wu Yi’s visit to Myanmar in March 2004, a project for Propagation of Quality Sugarcane and Cotton Strains was agreed upon. According to the working paper published by Asia Research Institute, the Chinese government will provide a grant to finance the conduction of feasibility study on the project
