Project narrative

On August 17, 2018, the Chinese Ambassador to Cote d'Ivoire, Weibin Tang, donated supplies including 10 Lenovo computers and more than 100 books, magazines, and documentaries on Chinese culture and China-Africa cooperation to the Abidjan Press House (La Maison de la Presse d’Abidjan). The donation was made to fulfill the promise made by Ambassador Tang during his visit to the press center on April 12, 2018, to improve the working conditions of Ivorian journalists. The value of this donation is unknown.
