Full Description

Project narrative

In 2015, China donated funds for the building of the Chinese Culture Corner within the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of East Sarajevo. The Corner opened on December 26, 2016, and was organized by the Department of Sinology. The corner was supposed to serve as a preliminary institution until the introduction of a full Confucius Institute at the University of East Sarajevo.

Staff comments

Please be aware that the University of East Sarajevo is a derivative of the University of Sarajevo but is not at the same location, therefore the Confucius institute established on the main campus in 2015 (42855) is not the potential institute referenced in these sources.
