Project narrative

On 3 March 2010, the Chinese Ambassador officially donated 15 Hongqi 300 model high-end passenger cars to the Cote d'Ivoire Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The value of this donation is unknown. Hongqi (红旗, Red Flag, HQE) is a luxury car marque owned by a subsidiary of FAW Group, a state-owned automobile producer.
