Project narrative

On 10 September 2015, the Chinese Ambassador officially donated office equipment worth 480 million CFA to Cote d'Ivoire's Independent Electoral Commission (Commission électorale indépendante or CEI) for the upcoming 2015 presidential election in October. The donation included 580 desktop computers, 580 laser printers, 20 laptops, 4 photocopiers, and 550 mobile phones.
