Project narrative

On December 26, 2019, the Chinese Government handed over 52 pieces of emergency response equipment worth RMB 95 million ($13.6 million) to the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine. This batch of equipment included 16 fire hoists and fire ladders, 16 truck cranes, 10 bulldozers, and 10 graders. This project was funded with the grant proceeds from an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that the two governments signed in April 2019 (see linked umbrella Record ID#66056).
