On April 3, 2017, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) provided a US$30,000 grant to the Philological Gymnasium, Belgrade for unspecified purposes. Belgrade Philological Gymnasium is one of two secondary schools in which Chinese is taught. The donation was paid through NBS account.
