In 2017, ICBC Indonesia signed a $47.89 million loan agreement with PT Royal Pacific Nusantara for the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Hotel Construction Project. The borrowing terms of the loan are unknown. This project involved the construction of the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Hotel and Villa under the Marriott Vacation Club International brand in Bali. On May 2, 2018, the hotel was officially opened.
