Description

On April 12, 2019, the Chinese Development Bank signed a financial cooperation agreement with the Romanian Export-Import Bank at the 8th China-CEEC Leaders' Meeting and China-CEEC cooperation. Under the terms of this agreement, the CDB agreed — at least in principle — a EUR 100 million loan to the Romanian Export-Import Bank; however, the specific terms of the loan and its uses are unknown.
