Project narrative

On December 18, 2006, the Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia and Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia signed a handover certificate of assistance to Tunisia for 330,000 energy-saving lamps worth RMB 3 million. China also agreed to donate $500,000 for locust control to Tunisia as part of the deal, captured in Record ID#56685.
