In 2007, the Chinese Government donated 50 Hongqi (红旗) or "red flag" luxury vehicles to the Government of Senegal. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. However, in 2010, the Chinese Government donated 50 Hongqi vehicles to the Government of Senegal and the estimated monetary value of this donation was $2,286,531.90 (see Record ID#58553).
