In 2012, China National Machinery Industry Complete Engineering Corporation, Export-Import Bank of China, Export-Import Bank of Ukraine, and Agricultural Marketing Center of Ukraine signed the "Ukrainian Agricultural Wholesale Market Project Cooperation Memorandum." Under this agreement, the Export-Import Bank of China will provide a $71.202 million USD loan to the Agricultural Marketing Center of Ukraine in order for them to construct seven large-scale agricultural wholesale markets and seven vegetable warehouses.
