Project narrative

On September 18, 2016, the College of Arts and Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University’s College of Arts and Social Sciences launched a Chinese Language Teacher Program with support from Hanban. China's Ambassador to Oman, Yu Fulong, and the Vice-President of International Cooperation Affairs of Sultan Qaboos University (سكن عزا جامعة السلطان قابوس) attended the opening ceremony of the program. According to Ambassador Fulong, Hanban will provide a Chinese language instructor through the Confucius Institute program. The teacher will teach a class of 60 Omani students at the university.
