Project narrative

On August 9, 2012, the Chinese Government and the Government of Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure signed an exchange of letters, which committed RMB 7,650,000 of grant funding for a Surveillance and Inspection Equipment Project. The purpose of this project was to provide and install 24 units of surveillance and inspection equipment. A project handover certificate was issued on November 10, 2015.
