Project narrative

In July 2007, China provided a grant of RMB 36.3 million (approximately USD 5.3 million) to provide consulting for the construction of Indonesia's defense industry system and the technological revitalization of the four strategic enterprises: Dirgantara Aviation Plant, PINDAD Arsenal, PAL Shipyard, and Krakatau Steel Plant. China New Era Holdings Group and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Indonesia signed the "Technical Reform Consulting Project Contract for Strategic Enterprises in Indonesia" to implement the project. On July 14, 2009, the handover ceremony for the technical transformation consulting project took place, marking the completion of the project. ("中国政府援印尼四大战略企业技改咨询项目顺利交接")
