Project narrative

On 30 November 2010, Counselor Chen Lan went to the Lakowski People's Library in the Ilinton District of Sofia, Bulgaria, to attend a seminar and donation event with the theme of "China and Bulgaria Cultural Exchange Today and Future." The governor of the Ilinton District, Veselina, the director of the reading room, Andreyeva, and all the staff attended the event. Counselor Chen Lan donated unspecified items to the reading room on behalf of the embassy.
