On April 26, 2016, China signed an agreement to provide a RMB 10 million grant to Indonesia for Strengthening Capacity in Forest Fire Management. According to the KKIP, as of November 30, 2017, this loan was in the "at risk" category, with all RMB 10 million still undisbursed. The current status and the financial details are unknown.
