Description

During then Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping's visit to Angola in November 2010, China Development Bank (CDB) reportedly pledged to loan the Angola's Africa Development Bank $100 million to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It is unclear whether CDB ever signed a final financing agreement. All other project details are unknown. During the same official visit, CDB also pledged to loan $400 million to for food security and urban planning (see Project #66803).
