Project narrative
In 2014, 10 Macedonia students got the scholarship contributed by the Chinese government to learn the Chinese language and study traditional medicine. They studied at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing Language and Culture University, and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. According to 圣基里尔和麦托迪大学孔子学院大事记（2013年-2016年) from the Confucius Institute in Skopje website, the Confucius institute gave the students basic Chinese language training on April 26th, 2014. The funding agency is the China Scholarship Council. The specific date of when the commitment was given remains unknown, but the commitment date is before April 26th, 2014, which was implied in the document.
