Project narrative

On August 6th, 2016, 25 thousand people were influenced by the severe rainstorm in Skopje region of Macedonia, with many facing a shortage of food, water, and electricity. Shortly after the disaster, the Macedonia branch of Chinese company ZTE donated 500 barrels of water to serve as disaster relief. Huawei (see Record ID#67267) and Sinohydro (see projects ID#67269 and ID#67401) as well donated supplies, as captured by the projects linked above.
