Project narrative

On February 25, 2015, an opening ceremony was held for the new Chinese Language Center in the Confucius Institute at Minsk State Linguistic University. The center will aid students in learning more about Chinese language and culture, as well as strengthen the intercultural ties between China and Belarus. The donor agency was the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) and the implementing agency was China Southeast University.. The grant that supported the creation of the Confucius Institute at Minsk State Linguistic University is captured in Record ID#44198.
