Project narrative

On March 11, 2013, in an exchange of letters with the Montenegrin Government, China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) made an EUR 3.6 million grant commitment to the Solar Street Light Project. This project sought to add solar photovoltaic PV modules to the top of light posts in the municipalities of Cetinje and Kotor. It was subsequently underwent a MOFCOM inspection in April 2016. The signing of the handover certificate was held July 26, 2016, and the Chinese side agreed to guarantee the project's implementation for the next two years
