Project narrative

On June 23, 2011, the Government of Montenegro and the Government of China signed an agreement for the provision of education programmes on the environment and infrastructure management for 70 civil servants from Montenegro. These programs were to be organized in China. Another agreement signed by the Chinese and Montenegrin governments on June 23, 2011, was an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for the provision of a RMB 10 million Chinese Government grant of technical assistance to Montenegro for cooperation projects.
