Full Description

Project narrative

According to the Information System for Coordination of the Development Assistance to the Republic of Serbia (Isdacon), the Chinese Government provided an EUR 550,000 grant in 2014 for a Liquid Security System to Serbia's Customs Administration (Ministry of Finance), pursuant to a 2012 Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that was signed by the Chinese Government and the Government of the Republic of Serbia and that committed RMB 10 million of grant funding. The proceeds from the EUR 550,000 grant were used by Serbia's Customs Administration to purchase 8 liquid inspection (control) devices from Nuctech Company Limited. These devices passed a set of tests and were nearly ready for commissioning as of December 2014.
