On July 14, 2010, the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance Dr. Slobodan Ilic and Deputy Minister of Trade of the People's Republic of China Mr. Gao Hucheng, signed an exchange of notes regarding the China's donation of training to Serbian civil servants.
