Project narrative

On February 19, 2016, China Eximbank and the Government of Angola signed a $21,695,758.42 loan agreement for the supply of construction materials to Angola. The proceeds of this loan were used to partially finance a commercial contract worth $25,524,421.67 with an unidentified firm. Military House (Casa Militar) of the Angolan Presidency was apparently involved in the implementation of the project. No additional details are available.
