Project narrative

On July 25, 2017, Belarussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Hangzhou Dianzi University entered into an agreement over developing a joint-curriculum that will help train cyber-security specialists. The students will be taught in China and Belarus and will receive degrees from both institutions. The memorandum of understanding for this project was signed in October 2015.
