Project narrative

On September 28, 2009, Chinese government held a handover ceremony for an Information Technology human resources training project, which lasted around half a year. According to an agreement signed before, Chinese government handed over to Botswana government 7 sets of videotelephony equipment (See #58522) and had trained more than 40 Botswana personnel in relevant departments. The financial value for this donation is unknown.
