Project narrative

On 17 March 2017, China Development Bank (CDB) and the Government of Angola signed a $35.3 million loan agreement for the construction of a training center as well as the supply and installation of a database at Angola’s Ministry of Energy and Water. The loan terms are unknown. The proceeds of the loan will be used to partially finance a commercial contract with an unidentified firm.
