Based on the news release from the Embassy of China in Micronesia, on Aug 15, 2016, the Embassy held a symposium for Chinese government scholarship recipients, during which 12 Micronesian students were awarded Chinese government scholarships for the 2016/2017 academic year to finance their studies in China.
