Staff comments

The Chinese title for the project is 第比利斯自由大学孔子学院. The monetary value of the grant commitment that supported this project is unknown. Free University of Tbilisi is an entirely separate institution from Tbilisi Open University. Some translations are fickle, leading to misidentification between these two schools. "驻格鲁吉亚大使岳斌出席第比利斯自由大学孔子学院成立四周年庆祝活动" source is about the 4th anniversary of the Confucius Institute held on September 30, 2014, meaning that the institute began operation September 30, 2010.
