Description

On June 16, 2015, the governments of China and Laos signed letters of exchanged for the Chinese government to assist the making of the Lao National Symphony Orchestra. Starlight Television and Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra were entrusted by China Foreign Culture Group Corporation to undertake the undertaking of the Laos National Symphony Orchestra technical training project.
