Project narrative

In September 2016, the 11th Chinese medical team (Record ID#61334) arrived in Swakopmund, Namibia to offer free medical consultations and traditional Chinese medicinal services. The team consisted of 4 doctors and nurses of Traditional Chinese Medicine from China`s Zhejiang Province. The value of the medical team's services is unknown. In August, the Chinese medical team conducted the free consultations, conducting services such as treating lower back and neck pain with acupuncture. The team treated about 600 patients monthly at the Chinese Acupuncture Department of Katutura State Hospital.
