Project narrative

On November 5, 2007, Fiji's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade wrote a letter to the Chinese Embassy in Fiji requesting that 8 English speaking Engineers from China be sent to Fiji for free assistance. According to The Research Centre of the Pacific Island Countries, China dispatched eight engineers to Fiji. However, the exact date of the mission is unknown.
