Project narrative

In the summer of 2018, China Agricultural University launched the “Action of Sharing Chinese Agricultural Technology with African Rural Communities” in Tanzania. This event aims to expand upon two previous phases of agricultural work in Tanzania. These phases were part of the Joint Program of Scaling up the Maize Labor Intensification System in Morogoro (or Double One Project). The purpose of this project was to increase crop yields and increase farmers' incomes in Tanzania. Phase I of this program is captured in Record ID#68530 and Phase II is captured in Record ID#85130.
