Project narrative

On October 31, 2011, the Chinese Embassy held a symposium and reception for the 2011 China Workshop for Fijian trainees. Twenty participating officials from 15 government departments in Fiji, 5 Fiji human resource development officials, and some Fiji civil servant training officials were invited to attend. The trainees fully exchanged their learning experience in China during the forum. Chinese Ambassador to Fiji Huang Yong and Fiji Public Service Commission Permanent Secretary Chan De attended the reception and delivered speeches. This training is part of ongoing China-Fiji human resources cooperation.
