Project narrative

In 2016, China Railway First Group provided training opportunities to Fijian workers. Four Fijian employees received a five-month comprehensive training at the headquarters of China Railway First Group in China. This is the first time the company has arranged for overseas employees to go to China for training. On January 14, 2016, Fiji's Minister of Employment held a farewell ceremony at the Chinese Embassy in Fiji. During the ceremony, the Embassy provided learning materials and the Company provides air tickets to four Fijian workers.
