Project narrative

In April of 2018, China and Uruguay signed a memorandum of understand for the establishment of a Chinese Cultural Center in Uruguay, following unveiling of the first Uruguayan research center in China at Beijing Jiaotong University. The agreement occurred during the official visit to China by the Minister of Education and Culture of Uruguay, María Julia Muñoz, between April 15 and 24 2018.
