Project narrative

In 2005, the Chinese Government donated a 34-inch Changhong digital high-definition (HD) television to Uruguay. The television was later moved to the Centro MEC, an educational and cultural center in Florida, Uruguay, for the center's inauguration on May 15, 2007.
